A great Ocean Side condo that overlooks the nature preserve. Granite countertops, custom bathrooms and built in TV center with desk. Nothing was overlooked in this condo. A must see!! Great view down the beach from this unit. Walk-in shower available in master bathroom. Absolutely beautiful and very well cared for. This unit is located on the Northside of the Ocean Front building. This condo does not allow pets.

This condo is equipped with a Queen in the master bedroom, Two Twins in the guest bedroom and a Queen Sofabed in the living room.

This condo has a 42" TV with a DVD player in the living room, a 26" TV in the master bedroom and a 19" TV in the guest bedroom.

This condo rents by the WEEK only! No nightly rentals.

This condo is NOT available for monthly rentals.
