Great Ocean Front condo with lots of burgundy and greens. Great flow throughout condo. Wonderful view of beach and nature preserve from the balcony. There is a walk-in shower in this unit (no tub). This condo does not allow pets.

This condo is equipped with a King sized bed in the master. There is NOT a sofa bed. There is a Queen air mattress available for renters to use.

This condo has a 37" TV with a DVD player in the living room and a 26" TV with a DVD player in the master bedroom.

This condo is available for Monthly Rentals from October through May.
