The condo has more of a modern look with many updates including the living room furniture and master bedroom furniture. This unit has a walk-in shower. This condo does allow pets during the off season with a 1 pet limit.

This condo is equipped with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the guest bedroom and a Queen Sofabed in the living room.

This condo is equipped with a 32" TV with a Blu-Ray player in the living room and a 39" TV in the master bedroom and a 26" TV with DVD in the guest bedroom.
