This condo on the first floor has recently been completely remodeled. This condo is equipped with an adjustable Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. The living room has a 65" TV and a sofa with recliners on both ends. Both bedrooms are nicely equipped with 50" televisions. This unit has 2 walk-in showers. There is no tub in this unit.

This condo is pet friendly (off-season mid-September through mid-May for one pet only and under 25 lbs).

This condo is available for monthly rentals from December through March.
