This airy Ocean Front condo has a great view of the beach that you can enjoy from balcony which also has a screened in side. Carpet and tile throughout with a beachy theme will please most. The color scheme is browns and blues throughout with the play on shells and fish. Recently upgraded granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. This unit has a walk-in shower. This condo does not allow pets.

This unit is equipped with a King size bed in the master bedroom, Twins in the second bedroom and a Queen pull out Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

There is a 51" TV with DVD player in the living room, a 32" TV with DVD in the master bedroom, a 22" with DVD player in the second bedroom.

This condo is available for Monthly Rentals from November through March.
