Get ready for panoramic views from this unit that is located right in the center of the Ocean Front building. Your views range up and down both sides of the beach. It feels like you could reach out and touch the soft rolling waves coming in. This condo stays nice and bright all day with the sun coming up on the northside and going down on the southside building. The condo is beachy and classy all in one with a lot of room for movement. This condo comes equipped with two stand up showers. NO tub in unit. This condo does not allow pets.

This condo is equipped with a King size bed in the master bedroom, a King in the second bedroom, Two Twins in the third bedroom plus a pull out Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

Unit 109 has provided a 40" TV with DVD player in the living room for your enjoyment. In addition to the TV in the living room, there is also 32" TV in the master bedroom, a 32" TV in the other Oceanfront bedroom and a 40" TV in the back bedroom.

The condo does allow for Monthly Renters from January through March.
